共情护理在儿童难治性癫痫生酮饮食治疗中的应用

摘要
目的观察共情护理在儿童难治性癫痫生酮饮食疗法中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月至2017年6月本院收治的儿童难治性癫痫患者86例作为研究对象,所有患者均采用生酮饮食疗法治疗,按入院先后的顺序将所有患者平均分成观察组与对照组,每组43例。对照组使用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采取针对性的共情护理。对两组患者跟踪随访6个月。观察对比两组患者坚持治疗率、癫痫发作次数,使用本院自制的护理满意度调查表对患儿家属进行调查,对比两组的护理满意率。结果观察组在坚持治疗率、癫痫发作次数以及护理满意率均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在儿童难治性癫痫生酮饮食疗法中应用针对性的共情护理效果显著,可明显提高患儿的坚持治疗率,减少癫痫发作次数,同时提高患儿家属的护理满意率。
Objective To observe the effect of empathy nursing in treatment of refractory epilepsy with ketogenic diet in children. Methods From January 2014 to June 2017,86 children with intractable epilepsy in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. All the patients were treated with ketogenic diet. All patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission,43 cases in each group. In the control group,routine nursing was used,and in the observation group,specific empathy nursing was adopted on the basis of the control group. Two groups of patients were followed up for 6 months after discharge. To observe and compare the treatment rate and seizure frequency of the two groups,the family members of the children were investigated with the self-made nursing satisfaction questionnaire in our hospital,and the nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups was compared. Results The treatment rate,the number of seizures and the nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group were all significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In children refractory epilepsy ketogenic diet therapy,the application of targeted empathy nursing is remarkable,which can obviously improve the rate of persistent treatment,reduce the number of seizures,and improve the nursing satisfaction rate of the family members of children.
