中医治疗慢性盆腔疼痛26例

摘要
目的研究分析中医治疗慢性盆腔疼痛患者的临床效果。方法选取2016年8月—2018年8月妇科接收的慢性盆腔疼痛患者52例,按治疗时间顺序分组,对照组只单纯使用常规西药对患者治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上,应用中医方法进行治疗,对比2种方法在临床疗效、不良反应发生情况方面的效果。结果对比对照组,研究组患者的治疗总有效率显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者在用药后的不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床使用中医方法对患有慢性盆腔疼痛疾病患者治疗的效果明显更高,且不会增加不良反应,值得将其推广使用。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of TCM in the treatment on patients with chronic pelvic pain. Methods52 patients with chronic pelvic pain received by gynecology department of our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment time sequence. The control group was treated only with routine western medicine. The research group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of routine treatment. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two methods were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher, and the data between the two groups were statistically different(P <0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine for patients with chronic pelvic pain disease is significantly higher, does not increase adverse reactions, and it is worth promoting.
