高校创新创业教育评价体系研究

摘要
建立科学的高校创新创业教育评价体系,对高校的创新创业教育有很强的指导作用,有助于提高高校创新创业实效。文章采用主成分分析方法和熵值法,从创新创业基础、创新创业投入、创新创业产出三个方面,选取了申报广东省第二批国家级创新创业教育示范高校的5所高校进行分析,结果表明创新创业投入是影响创新创业能力的第一因素;学校、学生和导师对创业的重视程度对高校创新创业能力具有重大影响;系统化的创新创业教育是高校创新创业能力提高的必然选择。
Establishing a scientific evaluation system provides important guidance for higher institute in establishing an innovation & entrepreneurship education and helps to improve its effectiveness. This paper uses principal components analysis and the entropy method to study five institutes from Guangdong's Second Group of National Model Institutes in innovation &entrepreneurship education. The study is carried out from three perspectives, namely innovation foundation, innovation input and innovation output. The conclusion shows innovation input is the principal factor that influence innovative and entrepreneurial ability. The importance that higher institutes and their students and tutors attach to entrepreneurship also plays a very important role.Systematic entrepreneurship education is the inevitable choice to improve higher institutes' innovative and entrepreneurial ability.
