摘要
丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料(ABS)材料韧性的表征最常见的是悬臂梁缺口冲击强度。但在实际应用中有时候会出现缺口冲击强度相似的材料制品的抗跌落性能不同,有时候甚至出现缺口冲击强度高的材料制品的抗跌落性能反而差的情况。通过落锤冲击强度、缺口冲击强度的对比测试,研究了增韧剂种类、增韧剂含量、阻燃剂、阻燃协效剂对阻燃ABS材料落锤冲击强度和缺口冲击强度的影响。结果表明,增韧剂种类、阻燃协效剂对材料的缺口冲击强度和落锤冲击强度的影响规律有明显差异。
Izod notched impact strength was used to characterize toughness of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS) usually. But sometimes different anti-falling property could be found in ABS with similar notched impact strength. Sometimes, even worse anti-falling broken property could be found in ABS that has higher notched impact strength in application. The effects of toughening agent type, toughening agent content, flame retardant, flame retardant synergist to the toughness of the ABS materials were investigated by the falling weight impact test and notched impact strength test. The results showed that there were significant differences between the falling weight impact and notched impact strength effected by toughening agent type and flame retardant synergists.
