摘要
本研究以诱导系高诱5和Stock6为父本分别对杂交种BT1~BT10作杂交诱导,对长花丝和短花丝两种处理进行方差分析。其中对诱导率的分析表明,高诱5的诱导率普遍高于Stock6,但未达到显著水平。其中高诱5诱导的甜玉米杂交种中,BT3诱导率最高,达8.15%;Stock6诱导的甜玉米杂交种中,同样是BT3的诱导率最高,达7.69%。YD1长花丝处理诱导率达9.19%,短花丝处理达6.09%。YD2长花丝处理诱导率达7.32%,短花丝处理达5.37%。结果表明,不同母本材料对单倍体的诱导率有影响,长、短花丝对单倍体的诱导率呈显著性差异。因此,选择适宜的甜玉米单倍体诱导方式,也能够提高甜玉米的诱导率,从而进一步提高甜玉米DH育种效率。
        In this research, hybrids BT1~BT10 were induced by using crossing lines Gaoyou5 and Stock6 as male parent, respectively. The variance analysis was performed on the long-filament and short-filament silk fibroin.Among them, the analysis of the induction rate showed that the induction rate of Gaoyou5 was generally higher than that of Stock6, but it did not reach the significant level. In sweet corn hybrids induced by Gaoyou5, BT3 had the highest induction rate which was 8.15%. Moreover, in the stock6-induced sweet corn hybrids, BT3 also had the highest induction rate, which was 7.69%. The induction rates of YD1 long filament treatment and short filament treatment were 9.19% and 6.09%, respectively. While the induction rates of YD2 long filament treatment and short filament treatment reached 7.32% and 5.37%, respectively. The results indicated that different maternal materials had an impact on the haploid induction rate, and the induction rate of haploid was significantly different between long and short fillers. Therefore, the selection of suitable sweet maize haploid induction mode could also improve the sweet corn induction rate, thereby further improving the efficiency of sweet corn DH breeding.
