摘要
目的:了解优选黔产瓜蒌子的最佳产地加工方法。方法:分别采用阴干、晒干、烘干等不同产地加工方法对瓜蒌子药材进行加工处理,以瓜蒌子中3,29—二苯甲酰基栝楼仁三醇、总氨基酸以及石油醚浸出物含量为评价指标,采用综合评分法优选瓜蒌子的最佳产地加工方法。结果:瓜蒌子不同产地加工方法的综合评分值差异较大,从大到小的顺序依次为:40℃烘干法(0. 89)> 30℃烘干法(0. 79)> 50℃烘干法(0. 67)> 60℃烘干法(0. 45)>晒干法(0. 37)> 70℃烘干法(0. 32)>阴干法(0)。结论:在产地加工方法中,40℃烘干法的综合评分值最高,其分值达0. 89,为最佳产地加工方法,其工艺为:从瓜蒌中取出瓜蒌子,于40℃的烘箱内干燥。该方法能较好地控制瓜蒌子药材的质量。
Objective: To optimize the best habitat processing method for semen trichosanthis of GuiZhou. Methods: The shade drying,sun drying,oven drying and other different processing methods on semen trichosanthis processing,and the contents of 3,29-dibenzoyl rarounitriol,amino acid and petroleum ether extract of semen trichosanthis as the evaluation index,using comprehensive evaluation method to select the best processing method of producing area of semen trichosanthis. Results: The comprehensive score of different processing methods of producing area of semen trichosanthis varied greatly. In order from large to small: 40℃ oven drying( 0. 89) > 30℃oven drying( 0. 79) > 50℃ oven drying( 0. 67) > 60℃ oven drying( 0. 45) > Sun drying( 0. 37) > 70℃ oven drying( 0. 32) >dried in the shade( 0. 00). Conclusion: In the processing method of producing area,the comprehensive score of 40℃ oven drying method was the highest,and the score was 0. 89,which is the best processing method for producing area of semen trichosanthis. The process is: remove semen trichosanthis from Trichosanthes,and drying in the oven at 40℃. This method can better control the quality of semen trichosanthis.
