摘要
高压喷射钻井技术是提速提效的有效手段之一。针对该技术在实际应用过程中出现的问题,通过研制大水眼低压降非标钻杆、优选高效破岩喷嘴组合方式,优化了钻井水力参数;同时,配套及升级了高压喷射钻井技术的地面相关设备。高压喷射钻井技术在塔河地区分2个阶段完成了现场应用,先后应用10口井,试验总进尺43 699 m,节约钻井周期161.76d,节约钻机日费1 860.24万元,机械钻速提高明显,为高压喷射钻井技术成为提速提效的有效手段提供了技术支撑。
The high-pressure jet drilling technology is one of the methods to speed up ROP and improve efficiency. Considring the problems occured in the application of this technology, non-standard drilling pipe with large nozzle and low pressure loss and optimization of nozzle combination on high-efficient rock-breaking bit are researched. The upgrading and matching of ground equipment and the optimization of hydraulic parameters are finished. The field experiments of high-pressure jet drilling technology have been done in two stages in Tahe Oilfield. It has been successfully applied to 10 wells with accumulated drilling footage of 43,699 m, saving 161.76 days and 18.6024 million RMB. The field application effect shows that the drilling speed is improved significantly. These researches provide technical support for high-pressure jet drilling technology to be an effective method to speed up ROP and improve efficiency.
