摘要
针对粗波分复用器金属基座加工尺寸精度超差、生产效率低的问题,提出优化夹具及加工方式的措施。实践证明,此方案使加工效率提高约28%,合格率由60%提高到98%。通过优化加工工艺来提高加工效率和产品合格率的方法,对微小型零件加工具有一定的实践指导意义。
Aiming at the problem of poor precision and low production efficiency in the processing of the metal base for coarse wavelength division multiplexer,through the technical analysis of the base,the optimization measures of fixture change and processing mode were put forward. It has been proved by practice that the processing efficiency is improved by about 28%,and the qualified rate is increased from 60% to 98%. The new processing technology improves the processing efficiency and the qualified rate of the products,and has a certain practical guiding significance for the processing of micro-small parts.
