对行血液透析的患者实施非热康谱红外线照射和强化护理对其动静脉内瘘血流量的影响

摘要
目的 :探讨对进行血液透析治疗的患者实施非热康谱红外线照射和强化护理对其动静脉内瘘血流量的影响。方法 :选取2016年11月至2017年12月期间在四川省简阳市人民医院进行血液透析治疗的132例尿毒症患者作为研究对象。随机将这些患者分为对照组和研究组。对两组患者均进行非热康谱红外线照射联合常规护理。在此基础上,对研究组患者进行强化护理。然后观察两组患者在护理1周后及护理1个月后动静脉内瘘的血流量。结果 :护理1周后及护理1个月后,研究组患者动静脉内瘘的血流量均大于对照组患者,P <0.05。结论 :对进行血液透析治疗的患者实施非热康谱红外线照射和强化护理可提高其动静脉内瘘的血流量。
objective: to explore the effects of non-thermal health spectrum infrared irradiation and intensive nursing care on arteriovenous internal fistula blood flow in patients undergoing hemodialysis. Methods: a total of 132 patients with uremia who received hemodialysis in people's hospital of jianyang city, sichuan province from November 2016 to December 2017 were selected as subjects. These patients were randomly divided into a control group and a study group. The patients in both groups were treated with non-thermo-health spectrum irradiation combined with routine nursing. On this basis, intensive care was given to the patients in the study group. Then the blood flow of arteriovenous internal fistula was observed after 1 week of nursing and 1 month of nursing. Results: after 1 week of nursing and 1 month of nursing, the blood flow of arteriovenous internal fistula in the study group was greater than that in the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: the blood flow rate of arteriovenous internal fistula can be increased by non-heating infrared irradiation and intensive nursing.
