腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的手术室护理分析

摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术手术室护理方案以及应用效果。方法选择于2018年1—11月期间在该院接受腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术治疗的74例结直肠癌患者为研究对象,借助计算机将患者通过随机方式划分为观察组与治疗组,每组37例。治疗组患者治疗期间被施以常规护理,观察组患者在对照组患者的护理基础上,接受手术室护理干预,比对两组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间、并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的术中出血量为(65.33±9.25)mL,手术时间为(122.23±14.78)min,肠道功能恢复时间为(24.45±1.67)h,住院时间为(7.56±1.34)d;对照组患者的术中出血量为(137.04±15.01)mL,手术时间为(168.65±21.65)min,肠道功能恢复时间为(31.98±3.54)h,住院时间为(12.65±2.65)d;组间数据比较,差异有统计学意义(t=24.739,10.771,11.702,10.426,P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率为5.41%,对照组患者的并发症发生率为21.62%,两组数据组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.162,P<0.05)。结论患者接受腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术治疗期间,对患者行手术室护理,不仅可以减少患者的术中出血量,缩短手术时间,促进患者肠道功能恢复,还能减少患者出现并发症的风险性,有利于患者实现早期康复,临床应用价值非常显著,值得大力推广使用。
Objective To explore the nursing program and application effect of laparoscopic radical resection for colorectal cancer. Methods Seventy-four patients with colorectal cancer who underwent laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer in our hospital from January to November 2018 were enrolled. Conclusion During the treatment of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer, the operation of the operating room can not only reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss, shorten the operation time,promote the recovery of intestinal function, but also reduce the risk of complications. It is conducive to patients to achieve early rehabilitation. The clinical application value is very significant, and it is worth promoting.
