摘要
设计了一款新型的塔吊升降机,该升降机包括轿厢、驱动机构及爬行机构。驱动机构安装在轿厢内,爬行机构包括履带、驱动轮组和履刺组件。履带为链环结构,驱动轮组位于链环内,履刺组件环绕履带周向设置,履刺组件与塔吊导轨配合使爬行机构悬挂于塔吊上。对塔吊标准节进行改造,设计安装了供升降机使用的梯形导轨。
        It introduces the design of a new type of tower crane hoist such as the cage, driving mechanism and two crawling mechanisms. Driving mechanism is set in the capsules, crawling mechanism includes the track, driving wheel and the shoe components, the crawler is designed as link structure, driving wheel is located at the link and connected to the drive mechanism, the drive wheel used to drive the crawler is set in drive wheel rotation, shoe components is around the track weeks, shoe thorn components is used to cooperate with the steps of the tower crane and crawling mechanism suspension in tower crane. The guide rail is transformed in the tower crane standard section. The lifting machine is stable with the tower crane and improves the safety and comfort performance of the overall lift.
