摘要
通过对某乙烯装置工艺流程的梳理,总结出该装置在节能节水方面存在的问题。从减少能源消耗、节约水用量及降低加工损失提高产品收率角度出发,对裂解炉、急冷及后分离系统进行了优化,采取了相应的技术攻关和技术改进措施,使节能节水效果显著提高。
Through the studying of the process flow diafram of an ethylene plant, this paper summarized the existing problems in energy and water saving. From the point of view of reducing energy consumption, saving water, reducing processing loss and improving product yield, it optimized the pyrolysis furnace, quenching and post-separation systemand adopted the corresponding technical breakthrough and technical improvement measures to significantly improve the energy saving and water saving effect.
