摘要
磁加载沉淀-磁过滤工艺应用于北京某高磷混合市政污水处理厂深度处理工程,混合市政污水特殊指标TP<0.5mg/L,满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准,市政污水深度处理主要指标COD<20mg/L、SS<5mg/L,浊度<1NTU;采用四格并联的竖流式高效沉淀池、高梯度磁过滤器以及高品质磁种,既提高沉淀池的表面负荷和出水TP、SS水质,又保障磁种回收率>99.5%,实际运行效果良好。
The magnetic loading precipitation-magnetic filtration has applicated in an advanced treatment of Beijing high phosphorus mixed municipal wastewater treatment plant.The special indicators of TP in mixed municipal wastewater is<0.5 mg/L,which can reach the level A standard of Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant.The mainly indicators of COD advanced treatment are COD <20 mg/L,SS <10 mg/L,turbidity <1 NTU.Using four lattices parallel vertical flow highly efficient depositing tank,high gradient magnetic filter and magnetic seed with high quality can increase the surface load and the effluent quality of TP,SS.The recovery of magnetic seed is>99.5%and the actual operation shows the good performance.
