摘要
用桐油、大豆油为主要原料,通过醇解法合成了水性醇酸树脂,研究了不同的桐油/大豆油比例对醇酸树脂以及涂料性能的影响。结果表明,相比于大豆油,引入适量的桐油能够明显提高涂料的气干性和初期耐水性。同时还研究了不同的油度、醇过量以及终点酸值对醇酸树脂和涂料性能的影响。在此基础上,得到了具有优秀气干性和耐水性的水性醇酸树脂,并将其作为轻防腐涂料应用到了钢材表面。
        Waterborne air-drying alkyd resin was synthesized via alcoholysis method using tung oil and soybean oil as main material. The influence of the ratio of tung oil to soybean oil was discussed. The results showed that, compared to soybean oil, a proper mount of tung oil introduced into the resin would improve its air-drying property and its water resistance. Also, the influence of different oil length, hydroxyl and final acid value on the properties of the resin and coating were discussed. Thus, a waterborne alkyd resin with good air-drying property and water-resistance was obtained and subsequently applied as light-duty anticorrosive coating for steel structures.
