秦月好从“五脏阴虚”论治女性更年期综合征经验

摘要
更年期综合征为妇科临床常见疾病,多发生于妇女由生育期向老年期过渡的年龄阶段。现代医学认为本病的发生是由于女性不能适应此阶段卵巢功能逐渐衰退、雌激素水平下降等生理变化,从而出现以月经紊乱、潮热出汗、睡眠障碍、感觉异常、情绪波动等为主要症状的综合征,严重影响患者的生活质量。秦月好主任医师作为全国中医妇科学术流派"象庄秦氏妇科"第八代传承人,对于女性更年期综合征有着独特见解和丰富的治疗经验,认为本病的病机以"阴虚""阴阳失衡"为要,强调"五脏皆阴虚,非独肾也",且心肝二脏的病机虚中常夹实,因患者"阴虚"病位广泛,因此临床呈现"症候群"的特点。在治疗方面秦师重视整体论治,以"涵养五脏,燮理阴阳"为大法,滋养阴液,使患者一身之阴阳趋于平和。自创"滋阴安神方"为临床基础方进行辨证加减,常结合经方、巧用药对,临床屡获良效。
Climacteric syndrome is the common disease in gynecology department,which often occurs in the transition period from the childbearing age to the old age. Modern medicine believes that climacteric syndrome is caused by the declining of ovarian function and the decrease of estrogen level,resulting in irregular menstruation,tidal fever,sweating,sleep disorder,sensory abnormality and emotional fluctuation. It seriously affects patient' s living quality. The Chief Physician,Qin Yuehao is the representative inheritor of the eighth generation of Qin's genecology of the national academic school of genecology in TCM. She has accumulated the rich experiences and has her unique understanding in the treatment of the female climacteric syndrome. She believes that the etiology of the disease is yin deficiency and emphasizes that kidney is deficient especially when all of the five zang organs are involved. Additionally,the excess condition exists in the deficiency of the heart and liver. The location of yin deficiency of this disease is widely distributed,and the disease is manifested as a group of symptoms in clinic. Hence,the holistic idea is greatly considered in the treatment,focusing on nourishing five zang and regulating yin and yang balance. The ziyin anshen formula was prepared and modified according to the individual cases. The satisfactory effects are achieved.
