Diego血型不合致新生儿溶血病1例
摘要
<正>材料与方法1临床资料患儿,女,B型,Rh阳性CCDee,出生后20d持续皮肤黄染入院。该患儿系足月自娩儿,出生后出现皮肤黄染未进行治疗,进行性加重。母亲,B型,Rh阳性CCDee,初次怀孕1个月后出现死胎,后产下1名女婴,出生后精神发育均正常,未出现黄染,此次为第3胎,无输血
