摘要
本文提出了一种链盘式饲料输送机,各链环相扣链接组成链条替代传统钢索,解决索盘极易破损滑脱的问题,各链环上焊接1根垂直钢杆,再注塑刮盘组成链盘,抗拉能力提升了95.1%,输送机的设计长度由此可提升至400 m。此外优化设计转角器轮毂结构,有效排出了转轮容纳腔积压饲料,将残留饲料填充率由79.2%下降至28%,解决了大量饲料残留发霉的问题。该输送机广泛应用于畜禽饲喂过程,提高了饲喂自动化、智能化水平。
A chain-disc structure is proposed in this paper, the traditional steel cable is replaced by chain to solve the problem that scraper is easy to fall off the cable. A vertical steel rod is welded on the chain ring, and then the scraper is injected to form the chain-disc, so that the tension resistance between chain and scraper was improved by 95.1% and The design length of the conveyor can be extended to 400 m. In addition, the hub of the rotator is optimized to excrete the feed which is overstocked in the center of the hub, so that the filling rate of residual feed in the hub was reduced from 79.2% to 28%, and the feed won't get mildewed. The conveyor is widely used in the feeding process of livestock and poultry, and improves the level of feeding automation and intelligence.
