摘要
局部式空调是仅对工作岗位人员所在空间的空气进行处理的空调系统,在局部式空调中使用可移动式送风口,可以根据需要来改变送风位置.以可移动式送风口的设计为研究对象,分析了各种不同风道的可移动风口的设计方法.对于局部空调的可移动式送风口,可以通过PLC可编程控制器对送风口进行移动定位来处理局部空气.首先由PLC编程操作输入状态指令,然后由输出信号使空调风口移动到达指定位置.最后总结了可移动式送风口局部空调具有快速调节空气、减低安装成本、节能减排等优势.
Local air-conditioning is an air-conditioning system that only deals with the air in the worker's space. Movable air outlets are used in local air-conditioning to change the position of air supply according to the need. In this paper, the design of movable air outlet is studied, and the design methods of various movable air outlets are analyzed. For the movable air outlet of local air conditioning, the PLC programmable controller can be used to locate the air outlet to deal with local air. Firstly, the input state instructions are programmed by PLC. Then, the air-conditioning tuyere is moved to the designated position by the output signal. Finally, advantages of the local air-conditioning with movable air outlet are summarized, such as fast air-conditioning, low installation cost, energy saving and emission reduction.
