炙甘草汤治疗心血管内科疾病的临床效果分析

摘要
目的对炙甘草汤在心血管内科疾病中的治疗效果进行探讨。方法取80例心血管内科疾病患者参与此次研究,患者均于2017年1月份到2018年1月份入院进行治疗。随机均等分组,对照组予以常规治疗,患者共40例;实验组予以炙甘草汤治疗,患者共40例。观察两组患者的治疗情况,对两组患者的治疗效果、心率变化以及BI指数变化进行比较。结果实验组的治疗效果理想,总有效率较高,数据对比所得P<0.05,有统计学意义;患者心率均上升,实验组的心率改善幅度较大,数据对比所得P<0.05,有统计学意义;患者BI指数均上升,实验组的BI指数分值改善幅度较大,数据对比所得P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论对心血管内科疾病患者实施炙甘草汤治疗,可改善患者病情症状以及心功能,对患者生活质量改善有积极意义。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Zhigancao Decoction in cardiovascular diseases.Methods Eighty patients with cardiovascular diseases were enrolled in this study. All patients were hospitalized from January 2017 to January 2018. Randomly divided into groups, the control group was given routine treatment, a total of40 patients; the experimental group was treated with Zhigancao Decoction, a total of 40 patients. The treatment status of the two groups of patients was observed, and the treatment effects, heart rate changes, and changes in BI index were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The experimental group had a good therapeutic effect, and the total effective rate was relatively high. The data obtained was statistically significant(P<0.05). The patient's heart rate was increased, and the heart rate of the experimental group was greatly improved. The data obtained were compared with P<0.05. The significance of the study: The patients' BI index increased, and the BI index score of the experimental group improved significantly. The data obtained was P< 0.05, which was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of Zhigancao Decoction in the treatment of patients with cardiovascular diseases can improve the symptoms and cardiac function of patients, and has positive significance for improving the quality of life of patients.
