摘要

分析了江苏省现代职业教育体系建设试点项目的目的,探讨了在淮海工学院进行"3+4"衔接培养机械专业高层次技能人才的必要性。从项目的组织机构设置、分段考核方式确定、人才培养方案的重构、课程一体化建设等方面提出了具体的实施措施。
        It analyzes the purpose of pilot project in modern vocational education system construction of Jiangsu province,investigates the necessity of training the machinery high- level technical skilled talents with the mode of "3 + 4"connection in Huaihai institute of technology,puts forward implementation of specific measures based on the organization setup of project,section appraisal method,the reconstruction of the talent training scheme,curriculum integration aspects and so on.
