“双一流”大学图书馆馆员继续教育现状的调查与分析

摘要
馆员继续教育是图书馆队伍建设的重要途径之一,"双一流"建设给高校图书馆服务提出了更高的要求,作为服务主体的馆员队伍应该与高校"双一流"建设需求相匹配。通过对42所"双一流"大学图书馆的馆员继续教育现状进行调研,从馆际间差距、培训对象、考评机制、新技术和新媒介应用4个方面进行总结分析,实行自上而下的馆员再学习制度、成立专职部门并设置馆员培训专栏、健全馆员培训的考核机制和引入新媒体技术并整合网络资源等策略,以提升馆员的职业素养、服务水平,进而助力大学的"双一流"建设。
Librarian's Continuing education is one of the important ways to build the library team,and the "Double First-Class" construction has put forward higher requirements for the service of university libraries,so the librarian team as the main body of service,should match the demand of "Double First-Class" construction in universities.Based on the investigation of the current situation of library training in 42 "Double First-Class" university libraries,this paper analyzes the inter-library gap,training object,evaluation mechanism,new technology and new media application,and proposes that the libraries should implement the formation of top-down librarian re-learning system,establish a full-time department,set up librarian training column,improve the evaluation mechanism of librarian training and introduce new media technology and integrate network resources,aiming at enhancing the librarian's professional accomplishment,service level,and then helping the "Double First-Class" university construction.
