致康胶囊治疗痔疮出血的有效性分析

摘要
目的探讨致康胶囊治疗痔疮出血的有效性。方法选取2017年1～12月本院80例痔疮出血患者,按照随机数字表发将其分为药物单一治疗组和药物联合治疗组,各40例。药物单一治疗组采取马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗,药物联合治疗组则采取马应龙麝香痔疮膏加致康胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果;痔疮出血消失的时间、痔疮疼痛消失时间、排便恢复正常时间、镜检结果阴性时间;治疗前后患者血流动力学指标、疼痛水平;副反应。结果药物联合治疗组总有效率、痔疮出血及疼痛消失时间、排便恢复正常时间、镜检结果阴性时间均优于药物单一治疗组(P<0.05);治疗后,药物联合治疗组血流动力学指标、疼痛水平均优于药物单一治疗组(P<0.05);两组副反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论马应龙麝香痔疮膏加上致康胶囊治疗痔疮出血的效果理想。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Zhikang Capsule in treatment of hemorrhoid hemorrhage.Methods 80 patients with hemorrhoids bleeding in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected.According to the random number,they were divided into single drug treatment group and combined drug treatment group,40 cases in each group.The single treatment group was treated with Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment,while combined treatment group was treated with Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment and Zhikang Capsule.The therapeutic effects,hemorrhoid bleeding disappearing time,hemorrhoid pain disappearing time,defecation returning to normal time,negative time of microscopic examination results,hemodynamic parameters,pain level before and after treatment,and side effects were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate,the time of hemorrhoids bleeding and pain disappearance,the time of defecation returning to normal and the time of negative results of microscopic examination in combined treatment group were better than those of single treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the hemodynamic indexes and pain levels in combined drug treatment group were better than those of single drug treatment group(P<0.05).The incidence of side effects was compared between two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Ma Yinglong Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment plus Zhikang Capsule has ideal effect on hemorrhoids bleeding.
