摘要
干姜属姜科类植物,其化学成分主要包括挥发油、姜辣素、二苯基庚烷等,目前研究发现具有抗氧化、解热抗炎、保肝利胆、抗肿瘤、抗消化性溃疡、改善局部血液循环等药理作用。消化系统中常见疾病消化性溃疡的发病率高达10%,其主要治疗药物包括抗酸药、抑酸剂、抗幽门螺杆菌药和胃黏膜保护剂。一直以来,中药在消化性溃疡治疗方面有不可或缺的地位。该文就中药干姜及其提取物对消化性溃疡的作用予以综述。
