小剂量轻比重腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉在老年人下肢骨折手术中的效果

摘要
目的 :观察小剂量轻比重腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉在老年人下肢骨折手术中的效果。方法 :选取接受下肢骨折手术的老年患者73例,随机分为试验组37例,接受小剂量轻比重腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉,对照组36例,接受常规硬膜外麻醉。对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行分析比较。结果:试验组麻醉起效时间、阻滞时间、不良反应发生率(5.41%)等均明显少于对照组(47.22%);麻醉效果满意率(94.59%)明显高于对照组(77.78%),差异具有统计学意义。结论 :在老年下肢骨折手术中采取小剂量轻比重腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉效果显著,安全性高。
Objective: To explore the effect of low-dose lumbar anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in the elderly patients with lower extremity fracture. Methods: Seventy-three cases of elderly patients who need to undergo lower extremity fracture surgery were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group with 37 cases(undergoing low-dose lumbar anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia) and a control group with 36 cases(undergoing conventional epidural anesthesia). Their clinical efficacy was analyzed and compared. Results: Anesthesia onset time, block time and incidence of adverse reactions were less while satisfaction rate of anesthesia effect was significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Low-dose lumbar anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia for the treatment of the elderly patients with lower extremity fracture is effective and safe, and worthy of clinical application.
