摘要
以减三糠醛抽出油为相容剂,90#沥青为基质沥青,LG501S为改性剂,考察了相容剂的不同掺入量(占基质沥青质量)0,1.0%,2.0%,3.0%,4.0%,5.0%对改性沥青性能的影响,分析了增加相容剂掺入量沥青相与SBS相的形态特征。结果表明,增加相容剂掺入量后,改性沥青针入度、弹性恢复逐渐升高,软化点、针入度比逐渐降低,经过旋转薄膜烤箱(RTFOT)后,改性沥青5℃延度、5℃老化后延度逐渐增加,提高了改性沥青的延伸性能。随着相容剂掺入量的增加,改性沥青的高温抗车辙因子能力降低,低温抗裂性能提高;改性剂SBS在沥青中的粒径逐渐减小,分布律逐渐增加,使改性沥青的储存稳定性得到显著提高。
        The furfural extract oil was used as the compatibilizer, the 90# asphalt was used as the matrix asphalt, and the LG501 S was used as the modifier, modified asphalt was prepared. The influence of different blending amounts of compatibilizer(0,1.0%, 2.0%, 3.0% 4.0% and 5.0%) on the performance of modified asphalt was investigated. The morphological characteristics of asphalt phase and SBS phase with the addition of compatibilizer were analyzed. The results showed that after adding the compatibilizer, the penetration and elastic recovery of the modified asphalt gradually increased, and the softening point and penetration ratio gradually reduced. After the rotary film oven test(RTFOT), the ductility of modified asphalt at 5 °C and the ductility of modified asphalt at 5 °C after the aging increased gradually, which improved the elongation performance of the modified asphalt. With the increase of the amount of compatibilizer,the high-temperature anti-rutting factor of the modified asphalt reduced, and the low-temperature crack resistance increased. The particle size of the modifier SBS gradually reduced in the asphalt, and the distribution gradually increased, which could improve the storage stability of modified asphalt.
