摘要
耕地的减少、环境的污染等使饲料原料的供给出现了短缺。而食品下脚料具有来源广泛、价格低廉、种类繁多等优势,已在饲料原料中广泛运用。对国内外食品下脚料的应用研究进行了综述,以期为广大畜牧从业者缓解饲料原料短缺及供给不足提供参考。
        The reduction of cultivated land and environmental pollution have led to a shortage of feed raw materials. The food wastes have the advantages of extensive source, low price and numerous varieties, and have been widely used as a raw material for animal feed. This paper reviews the research and application of food wastes at home and abroad, in hoping to provide references for animal husbandry practitioners to alleviate the shortage and insufficient supply of feed raw materials.
