摘要
以薄壁结构厚度最大为优化目标,以流道及安装孔结构之间互不干涉且满足机械加工工艺要求为约束条件,建立了液压连接块孔道布置参数优化设计的数学模型。该模型属于约束非线性规划问题,采用一种新的惩罚函数处理约束条件,结合遗传算法,在MATLAB中编程对其进行求解,可得到较理想的液压连接块孔道布置方案。
        The optimization of the maximum thickness of thin-walled structure must ensure that the flow path and mounting hole do not interfere with each other and the machining process requirements be satisfied. The paper establishes the mathematical model for optimization of orifice layout parameters of hydraulic connection block. The model describes a problem of constrained nonlinear programming, and a new penalty function is used to deal with the constraints in the paper. Combining with the genetic algorithm, the program is done in MATLAB to solve it. A feasible layout scheme of hydraulic connection block can be obtained.
