摘要
目的探讨贝那普利联合吡格列酮二甲双胍片治疗代谢综合征合并高血压患者的临床疗效。方法选取2016年2月至2018年2月该院门诊追踪治疗的代谢综合征合并高血压患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予贝那普利联合二甲双胍治疗,观察组给予贝那普利联合吡格列酮二甲双胍片治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后血压、血糖、血脂、胰岛素抵抗指数等变化情况。结果 2组患者治疗12周后血压、空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数均明显低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贝那普利联合吡格列酮二甲双胍片治疗代谢综合征合并高血压临床疗效满意,值得推广应用。
        Objective To investigate the clinical effect of benazepril combined with pioglitazone and metformin tablets in the treatment of metabolic syndrome complicating hypertension.Methods Eighty cases of metabolic syndrome complicating hypertension conducting outpatient follow-up therapy in this hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected and divided into the observation group and control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with benazepril combined with metformin,while the observation group was given benazepril combined with pioglitazone and metformin tablets.The changes of blood pressure,blood lipid,blood sugar and insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The blood pressure,blood lipid and 2 hPG,HOMA-IR after 12-week treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment,moreover the observation group was obviously lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The TG,LDL-C and HDL-C levels after treatment in the observation group had significant difference compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Benazepril combined with pioglitazone and metformin tablets in the treatment of metabolic syndrome complicating hypertension has satisfactory clinical effect and is worth popularization and application.
