摘要
浸取铝灰中的铝来制备聚硅酸铝铁(PAFSC)絮凝剂,用PAFSC处理制药工业废水。单因素试验优选出盐酸浸取铝灰的最佳条件:反应时间2 h,反应温度90℃,盐酸用量n(HCl)∶n(Al)=3.9∶1,盐酸浓度6 mol·L~(-1);优化条件下,铝浸取率>90%。PAFSC投加量500 mg·L~(-1),制药发酵废水色度和COD去除率分别达到81%、40%,残余COD低于1 000 mg·L~(-1),较好地去除了废水中的悬浮物,脱色效果好,絮凝后出水基本澄清。
        Flocculant PAFSC was produced by leaching aluminium from aluminium ash,and it can be used to dispose the sewage in pharmaceutical industry. Through the single factor experiment,the optimum conditions to leaching aluminium ash in hydrochloric acid are: the reaction time was 2 h,the reaction temperature was 90 ℃,the dosage of hydrochloric acid was n( HCl) : n( Al) = 3. 9 ∶1,and the concentration of hydrochloric acid was 6 mol ·L~(-1),under the optimum conditions,the leaching rate of aluminium was more than 90%,the removal rate of chroma of pharmaceutical fermentation wastewater could reach to 81% and the removal rate of COD was 40% by using 500mg·L~(-1) of PAFSC. The remnant of COD was below 1 000 mg·L~(-1). Which removed the suspended solids in the wastewater well,the decolorizing effect was good,and the water is nearly clarification after flocculation.
