甲状腺自身抗体TPO及促甲状腺激素水平对冻融胚胎移植妊娠结局的影响

摘要
目的初步探讨甲状腺自身抗体TPO及促甲状腺激素水平对冻融胚胎移植(FET)妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析行FET助孕者共623例,其中TPOAb(+)且TSH≤2.5mIU/L为1组,共63例,TPOAb(+)且2.5mIU/L Objective:To analyze the influence of TPO and TSH on pregnancy outcome in frozen embryo transfer cycles(FET). Methods:Retrospective analysis of 623 cases of FET including 57 patients with positive TPO and TSH≤2.5 m IU/L(group1),63 patients with positive TPO and 2.5 mIU/L
