摘要
目的:探讨肺结核应用64排螺旋CT诊断价值。方法:选取我院118例肺结核患者。对照组:实施X线片检查;研究组:实施64排螺旋CT诊断。结果:通过病理检查,118例患者均为肺结核。研究组的准确率94.92%高于对照组84.75%,组间比较差异性,具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。通过CT诊断患者病灶为多态性,部分患者出现微结节、树芽征、磨玻璃影等情况。其他患者均表现为片状分布细网织样阴影,结论:应用64排螺旋CT对肺结核患者诊断临床价值高,诊断准确率高,综合分析从而确诊疾病,提高检查准确性。
        Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of 64-slice spiral CT in pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 118 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected from our hospital. The control group: X-ray examination was performed; the study group: 64-slice spiral CT diagnosis was performed. Results Through pathological examination, 118 patients were all tuberculosis. The accuracy rate of the study group was 94.92% higher than that of the control group(84.75%), and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The diagnosis of patients' lesions by CT is polymorphism, and some patients have micro nodule, tree bud sign, and ground glass. Other patients showed a patchy distribution of fine mesh weave shadows. Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT has high clinical value in diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis patients, and high diagnostic accuracy. Comprehensive analysis can confirm the diagnosis and improve the accuracy of examination.
