摘要
为了研究自制中草药复合添加剂对绵羊十二指肠形态发育的影响,将公母各1/2的20只杜寒杂一代绵羊,随机分成4组,公羊、母羊对照组(饲喂常规日粮)和公羊、母羊试验组(饲喂常规日粮+自制中草药复合添加剂),试验结束后屠宰测定十二指肠绒毛长度与宽度。结果表明,母羊对照组与公羊对照组相比,十二指肠绒毛长度和宽度的差异均不显著;母羊试验组与公羊试验组相比,十二指肠绒毛长度和宽度的差异也均不显著;但与对照组相比,试验组十二指肠绒毛长度和宽度均显著增大。说明自制中草药复合添加剂能促进绵羊十二指肠的形态发育,但与性别无关,其有利于绵羊对饲料中营养物质的消化吸收。
        This paper studied the effects of a self-made Chinese herbal medicine compound additive on the morphological development of duodenum in sheep. 20 Dorper×thin-tailed Han were randomly divided into 4 groups by gender, control group of rams and ewes(conventional diet), experimental group of rams and ewes(conventional diet + a self-made Chinese herbal medicine compound additive). After the test period of 45 d, all the sheep were slaughtered, and the length and width of the villi in the duodenum were measured. The result showed that the ewe control group and the ram control group showed no significant difference in the length and width of duodenal villi, neither did the ewe test group and the ram test group. However, compared with those of the control groups, the length and width of duodenal villi in the test groups significantly increased. The results show that the self-made Chinese herbal compound additive can promote the morphological development of the duodenum in sheep, and it has nothing to do with sex, which is beneficial to sheep's digestion and absorption of nutrients in the feed.
