贵州省科技进步与以县为单位全面建设小康社会系统协调性分析

摘要
县域科技创新能力决定着贵州省整体科技创新水平,影响着贵州省全面建设小康社会的实现程度和可持续性。从系统论的角度出发,通过构建全面建设小康社会系统以及科技进步子系统指标体系,研究科技进步子系统与全面建设小康社会其他子系统间的协调发展状态。结果表明,经济发展较快的县域协调发展度高,经济发展较慢的县域协调发展度低,且处于不协调发展状态的县域占总数的55.68%,其中不协调的县占5.68%。
The scientific and technological innovation ability of county-level determines the overall level of scientific and technological innovation in Guizhou Province,and affects the realization degree and sustainability of the comprehensive construction of a well-off society in Guizhou Province. From the perspective of system theory,through constructing the system of comprehensive building a well-off society and the subsystem index system of scientific and technological progress,this paper studies the coordinated development status between the subsystem of scientific and technological progress and other subsystems of comprehensive construction of well-off society. The results show that the counties with fast economic development have high degree of coordinated development,the counties with slow economic development have low degree of coordinated development,and the counties in the state of uncoordinated development account for 55.68% of the total,among which the uncoordinated counties account for 5.68%.
