电子办公环境下文件的集成管理

摘要
随着办公自动化的普及,电子办公成为主流,然而,随之而来的一个问题是机构文件海量存储于分散的部门和系统,降低利用价值的同时也影响了机构的业务开展。应用集成的思想对各个部门的文档、各个业务流程、文档与业务流程之间以及系统系统之间进行统筹规划和协同管理已成为迫切需求和发展方向。本文运用更为宽阔的视野和思维,将与文件相关的系统、数据、流程、服务统一纳入机构集成的范围,通过阐述集成管理产生的背景、集成管理的方面、集成管理的方式以及集成管理的意义,并辅以案例的解释,对电子办公环境下的文件集成管理进行了初步梳理和论证,并认为集成管理是电子办公环境下文件管理的必然发展趋向和最佳实践选择。
With the popularization of office automation, electronic office has become the mainstream. However, one of the following problems is the mass storage of organizational documents in decentralized departments and systems, which reduces the value of utilization and also affects the business development of the organization. The idea of application integration has become an urgent need and development direction for the overall planning and collaborative management of documents, business processes, documents and business processes, and systems. Using a broader vision and thinking, this paper unifies document-related systems, data, processes and services into the scope of organizational integration. By explaining the background of integrated management, aspects of integrated management, ways of integrated management and the significance of integrated management, and supplemented by case explanations, this paper makes a preliminary combing of document integration management in electronic office environment. This paper demonstrates that integrated management is the inevitable development trend and the best practice choice of document management in the electronic office environment.
