摘要

环境损害鉴定是环境诉讼的重要环节。公众参与环境损害评估鉴定的事件调查、事件评估和恢复方案确定利于环境损害评估确定损害范围和程度、因果关系、恢复措施和量化数额,为司法裁决提供全面、科学的证据。
        Forensic appraisal of environmental damage is an important part in the course of environmental litigation. Public participating in the events of environmental damage investigation, assessment and recovery solutions benefits for confirming the range and extent of environment damage events, relationship between pollution source and environment damage results, recovery solutions and assessing the specific quantity in the environment damage events.
