摘要
目的在不同外环境温度下电子生物温控保温箱内温度变化的变化规律。方法不同的电子生物温控保温箱中分别放置经20—24℃环境预温的生理盐水袋,保持插电状态。同时,放入经过计量部门校准合格的温度记录仪。电子生物温控保温箱分别在温度为≥43℃、2—8℃和20—24℃的外环境中放置,并读取温度记录仪的数值。方法不同的电子生物温控保温箱中分别放置经20—24℃环境预温的生理盐水袋,保持插电状态。同时,放入经过计量部门校准合格的温度记录仪。电子生物温控保温箱分别在温度为≥43℃、2—8℃和20—24℃的外环境中放置,并读取温度记录仪的数值。结果在6 h内,LX-18X和LX-18Z两种型号的电子生物温控保温箱在极端温度下的温度变化趋势一致,且均能满足冷链运输的要求。当常温时,外环境温度对电子生物温控保温箱的保温效果影响最小,箱内温度能平稳维持,波动较小;当遭遇高温或低温的极端温度时,电子生物温控保温箱的保温效果在可控范围内受到一定的影响,影响程度随时间的累计而变大。结论在极端环境温度时,电子生物温控保温箱能达到血液冷链运输的要求。
        Objective To determine the mode of temperature changes in the electronic bio-temperature-controlled incubators under different external temperature.Methods The physiological saline bags pre-warmed in 20— 24℃ were placed in different electronic bio-temperature-controlled incubators,which kept in a plugged state. Meanwhile,the temperature recorders that had passed the calibration by the metrology department were put in incubators. The electronic bio-temperature-controlled incubators were placed in an external environment with temperatures of up to 43℃,2—8℃,and 20—24℃,respectively,and the temperature recorder values were read. Results Within 6 h,the electronic bio-temperature-controlled incubators,the model of LX-18 X andLX-18 Z,had the similar temperature change trend under extreme temperature,and all could meet the requirements of cold chain transportation. When the temperature was normal,the external environment temperature had the least influence on the thermal insulation effect of the electronic bio-temperature-controlled incubators,the temperature inside the incubators could be maintained smoothly,and the fluctuation was small; when encountering the extreme temperature of high temperature or low temperature,the thermal insulation effect of the electronic bio-temperature-controlled incubators was affected to a certain extent within the controllable range,and the degree of influence becomes larger with time accumulation.Conclusion At extreme ambient temperatures,the electronic bio-temperature-controlled incubators could meet the requirements for blood cold chain transport.
