摘要
为了有效解决自动监测设备通信规约不一致、数据采集传输、监测设备反控受限等问题,研究开发了可编程单点多发智能型数据采集传输仪。从数据采集传输仪的硬件设计、软件架构及原理、主要功能和技术参数等方面进行了深入阐述,提出了智能(自动)匹配多种环境监测设备通讯协议、实现多协议多目标并行数据发送、通过有线或无线网络实现远程动态注入控制指令、支持现场设备DCS工况组态(流程)模拟等4大创新点。
In order to effectively solve the problem of inconsistent communication protocols of automatic monitoring equipment,limited data acquisition and transmission and monitoring equipment remote control,we researched on data acquisition and transmission system of embedded programmable single point multiple intelligent. Hardware design,software architecture and principles,main functions and technical parameters were described in depth. Four major innovation points were proposed,which were automatically matching communication protocols of a variety of environmental monitoring equipments,achieving transmission of multi protocols and multi objects parallel data,realizing remote dynamic injection control through wired or wireless network,and supporting field equipment DCS condition configuration simulation.
