企业员工亲环境行为的内涵、结构与测量研究

摘要
以企业员工为研究对象,深度剖析亲环境行为的内涵,提出企业员工亲环境行为的结构类型,并将其划分为公领域亲环境行为和私领域亲环境行为;通过调研分析目前企业员工亲环境行为的现状及特征,为企业规范环境价值体系、提升员工亲环境行为表现提供理论基础。
This paper chooses enterprise employee as the research object,and analyzes the connotation of employee pro-environmental behavior( EPEB),and puts forward the pro-environmental behavior structure types of enterprise employee,which can be divided into public sphere pro-environmental behavior and private sphere pro-environmental behavior. At the same time,it lists the situation and characteristics of EPEB currently by investigation and analysis. Results will provide theoretical basis for the enterprise to regulate the environmental value system and improve the performance of the EPEB.
