基于环境评价的角度解读环保工程发展态势

摘要
随着社会经济的发展及环境破坏程度的加剧,在现阶段社会发展过程中人们的环保意识越来越强,人们逐渐认识到社会经济及人类的进步与环境保护有着不可分割、相辅相成及相互影响的关系。以往人们为了经济发展对自然资源及环境的破坏已经呈现逐渐恶劣的趋势,因此实施有效的环境保护显得尤为重要。现阶段我国对于环境保护工作尤为重视,近年来各类重大的工程项目已经逐渐发展起来,一定程度上改善了环境恶化的程度。为了分析基于环境评价的角度解读环保工程发展态势,笔者针对现阶段环保工程发展过程中实施环境评价存在的不足之处进行了分析。
