镍钛记忆合金环抱式接骨器内固定在胸部骨折中的治疗作用

摘要
目的评价镍钛记忆合金环抱式接骨器内固定在胸部骨折中的治疗作用。方法 78例肋骨骨折患者,按治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,各39例。观察组采用镍钛记忆合金环抱式接骨器手术内固定治疗,对照组采用保守治疗,比较两组患者下地时间、止痛剂治疗次数、住院时间、并发症发生情况。结果观察组下地时间(2.1±0.4)d、止痛剂治疗次数(0.06±0.01)次、住院时间(7.2±2.3)d、肺部感染1例、肺不张0例,均明显优于对照组的(7.7±2.9)d、(3.24±2.16)次、(15.8±4.2)d、8例、10例,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论镍钛记忆合金环抱式接骨器内固定应用在胸部骨折治疗中有助于患者快速康复,减少住院并发症。新材料的应用可以减少手术创伤。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of internal fixation with Ni-Ti shape memory alloy embracing fixator in thoracic fracture.Methods A total of 78 rib fracture patients were divided by different treatment methods into observation group and control group,with 39 cases in each group.The observation group received internal fixation with Ni-Ti shape memory alloy embracing fixator,and the control group received conservative treatment.Comparison were made on off-bed time,times of analgesic treatment,hospitalization time and occurrence of complications in two groups.Results The observation group had off-bed time as(2.1±0.4) d,times of analgesic treatment as(0.06±0.01) times,hospitalization time as(7.2±2.3) d,1 pulmonary infection case and 0 atelectasis case,which were all obviously better than(7.7±2.9) d,(3.24±2.16) times,(15.8±4.2) d,8 cases and 10 cases in the control group,and their difference was statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Internal fixation with Ni-Ti shape memory alloy embracing fixator can help the patients recover rapidly and reduce the hospital complications for the treatment of thoracic fracture.The application of new materials can reduce surgical trauma.
