TiNi环抱式接骨器治疗连枷胸的效果分析

摘要
目的:探讨应用TiNi环抱式接骨器行肋骨骨折切开复位内固定术治疗连枷胸的疗效。方法:收治连枷胸患者47例,分两组,手术组(23例)和非手术组(24例)。对两组治疗24 h后的酸碱度、氧分压、二氧化碳分压、氧饱和度以及疼痛评分进行比较。结果:两组比较酸碱度、氧分压、二氧化碳分压、氧饱和度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组疼痛指数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:应用TiNi环抱式接骨器手术治疗连枷胸患者具有较高的临床价值。
Objective:To investigate the effect of open reduction and internal fixation of rib fracture with TiNi embracing fixator in the treatment of flail chest.Methods:47 patients with flail chest were selected,they were divided into the two groups,the operative group(23 cases)and the non operation group(24 cases).The PH,oxygen partial pressure,carbon dioxide partial pressure,oxygen saturation and pain score were compared between the two groups after 24 hours of treatment.Results:There were significant differences in PH,oxygen partial pressure,carbon dioxide partial pressure and oxygen saturation between the two groups(P<0.05).There was significant difference in pain index between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of TiNi embracing type bone connector in the treatment of flail chest has a high clinical value.
