牛学恩教授治疗功能性便秘经验

摘要
总结牛学恩教授辨证治疗功能性便秘的临床经验。牛教授认为,本病属虚实夹杂之证,以气滞为主,病机关键是一气周流不畅。其从整体出发,以治疗脾胃和调畅气机为先,运用健脾疏肝行气法,临床随证加减,疗效确切,值得进一步深入学习和推广应用。
The clinical experience of Professor Niu Xueen in treating functional constipation based on syndrome differentiation was summarized. According to the Professor Niu Xueen, this disease belongs to the syndrome of mixed deficiency and excess, mainly due to qi stagnation, and the key to pathogenesis is poor flow around the qi. From the whole point of view, it takes the treatment of spleen and stomach and regulating qi movement as the first step, and uses the method of invigorating spleen, soothing liver and promoting qi circulation, which has a definite curative effect in clinical practice. It is worth further in-depth study and popularization and application.
