摘要
以中海油环烷基原油沥青为原料,通过添加苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)等改性剂来制备高性能机场沥青,并对其性能进行了评价。结果表明,SBS含量对机场沥青的性能影响较大;高性能机场沥青的各项指标优于《民用机场沥青混凝土道面施工技术规范》中对改性沥青的要求,具有良好的高低温性能和抗老化能力;其PG等级达到PG76-34,高温抗变形、低温抗开裂性能优良;工业生产的高性能机场沥青也完全满足机场施工建设的要求。
        The high-performance airport asphalt was prepared using CNOOC naphthenic crude oil asphalt as matrix asphalt, with styrene-butadiene block copolymer(SBS) and other modifiers added. Then we evaluated its performance. The results showed that SBS content had a great influence on the performance of airport asphalt. The indicators of high-performance airport asphalt are better than that of modified-asphalt which satisfied " Specifications of asphalt concrete pavement construction of civil airports". High-performance airport asphalt had a good high and low temperature performance and anti-aging performance. Its PG level reached PG76-34, and it had excellent high temperature deformation resistance and low temperature crack resistance. Industrial production of high-performance airport asphalt of was also fully meeting the requirements of airport construction.
