摘要
四川地区对外合作项目中?114.3 mm×P110小尺寸高强度套管段铣施工过程中存在套管强度高、刀片吃入难、易磨损、铁屑难携带、环空间隙小、摩阻损失大、钻井液流变性控制难以及环空带压等诸多难题,通过研发"D"型三刀翼段铣器,优化钻具组合和精细操作、优选钻井液体系和优化流变参数,在金华1井成功段铣?114.3mm高强度套管,段铣进尺4.44 m、平均段铣速率0.11 m/h、施工周期5 d、铁屑携带率高达91%,期间无蹩泵、刀片阻卡等问题,为后期弃井作业打下基础,同时对于该区块后续井位段铣弃井施工提供了借鉴。
        It is the first time in China that the small size and high-strength casing,?114. 3 mm × P110,was successfully milled in Sichuan Basin. There existed many challenges during the operation,such as high casing strength causing blades easily worn out,high-density steel cuttings hard to be carried out of the hoke,high friction loss in small-clearance annulus,drilling fluid rheological property hard to control,high pressure in the annulus,and etc. By means of developing novel three-blade section milling tool,optimizing BHA,planning on detailed operations,optimum drilling fluid system selection and rheological property adjustment,the ?114. 3 mm high-strength casing was successfully milled at Well Jinhua -1.14.44 meters was milled in 5 days at an average section milling rate of 0. 11 meter per hour,the metal debris carrying was about ninety-one percent,and no pump blocked or blades stocked,having facilitated the later well abandonment. It will be a reference for section milling in the other wells at the same block.
