摘要

在餐饮空间设计上使用地域文化是现代化设计的重要体现,也是历史的传承,能够实现传统文化与现代文化的有效融合。在使用地域文化元素时,不能简单的停留在地域文化的复制、模仿上,应该提取其中的地域性元素,与家具、陈设、空间形态等融合,借助不同的表现手段,实现各个元素之间的综合协调与配合。本文首先分析了地域文化在餐饮空间设计中的作用,同时阐述了地域文化元素在餐饮空间设计中的应用,最后总结了全文。
        The use of regional culture in the design of dining space is an important manifestation of modern design, and also a heritage of history, which can effectively integrate traditional culture with modern culture. In the use of regional culture elements, we cannot simply stay in the reproduction and imitation of regional culture. We should extract the regional elements,integrate with furniture, furnishings and space forms, and use different means of expression to achieve the comprehensive coordination and coordination among all elements. This paper first analyzes the role of regional culture in the design of restaurant space, and expounds the application of regional culture elements in the design of restaurant space.
