新时代语境下中国现代大学制度建设的契机

摘要
"追赶式"的现代大学制度建设模式使中国现代大学制度建设陷于困境之中,难以支撑大学改变面对国家战略和社会需求的"四为服务"不足的局面。"新时代"为中国现代大学制度的进一步完善提供了新语境,带来了新契机。因循"新时代"内蕴的本质及其要求来看,在中国现代大学制度建设中应该抓住契机,引导大学坚定服务社会的建设立场,矫正以"排名"为建设标准的误区,全面转向中国大学能力的提升。
The "catch-up" approach to the construction of university systems has put China's modern university system construction in multiple dilemmas, and it is difficult for Chinese universities to tackle the "four fors" deficiency in the face of national strategy and social needs. The "new era" has provided a new context for the further improvement of modern university system, and it has also brought new opportunities. According to the essence and requirements of the "new era", the construction of modern university system should seize the opportunity, guide universities to firmly support the construction of society, correct the misunderstanding of " ranking" as the construction standard, and fully turn to the improvement of the ability of Chinese universities.
