完善中国特色现代大学制度体系全面提升学校依法治校水平

摘要
完善中国特色现代大学制度体系是坚持全面依法治国的具体举措,依法治校是建设社会主义法治国家、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化题中应有之义。为落实十九大的重要部署,加快推进教育现代化、建设教育强国、办好人民满意的教育,必须以不断完善中国特色现代大学制度体系为抓手全面推进依法治校。
By taking the improvement of the modern university system with Chinese characteristics as a concrete measure to persist the rule of law in an all-round way,the law-based university management is an integrant part of building a socialist country ruled by law and advancing the modernization of governance system and capability.In order to implement the major arrangement of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,accelerate the education modernization,build a powerful education country and run a good education satisfactory to the people,we must take the continuous improvement of modern university system with Chinese characteristics as the starting point to comprehensively promote the law-based university management.
