摘要
现场混装炸药引入长河坝水电站江咀料场开挖中,通过商品炸药与混装炸药多次爆破对比,不断调整爆破参数,解决施工过程中遇到的技术问题。事实证明,混装炸药爆破后块度满足堆石料级配要求,爆破效果得到明显改善,提高了开采强度、挖装效率,降低了人工劳动强度、爆破成本。对现场混装炸药在水电行业的料场爆破提供了有益的经验。
        The field mixed explosive is introduced into the excavation of Jiangzui material field of Changhe dam hydropower station.Through the comparison between multiple blasting of commercial explosive and mixed explosive,the blasting parameters are constantly adjusted,and the technical problems encountered in the construction process are solved.It has been proved that after blasting with mixed explosive,the lumpiness can meet the gradation requirements for rockfill,and the blasting effect is improved obviously.And the mining intensity is improved,the digging and loading efficiency is improved,the labor intensity is reduced and the cost of blasting is reduced.It provides useful experience for the field blasting of field mixed explosive in hydropower industry.
