摘要
我国现代学徒制的试点体系已经覆盖了地区、行业、企业以及院校四个层面,在达成共识的过程中,问题也日益显现。通过对现代学徒制内涵的分析,阐述其应然功能及实然困境,并提出在外部制约因素短期内无法显著改善的情况下,开展现代学徒制的现实选择。
A pilot modern apprenticeship system has been tried by different areas, industries,companies, colleges and universities. A common sense has been reached, however, problems are rising.The paper analyzes the connotation of modern apprenticeship, states its ideal functions and real dilemma and provides choices for the application under the situation which could not be improved within short terms out of restricted external factors.
