普通高中学生吸烟现状及影响因素调查

摘要
目的探讨普通高中学生吸烟现状,并分析其影响因素。方法针对研究对象实施多阶段分层次的整群随机抽样法进行,本研究共发放调查问卷80份,对入组者一般资料,如性别、地区、毕业班、住校、成绩及父母吸烟情况等进行统计,针对相关因素进行提炼后实施Logistic回归分析,确定普通高中学生烟草使用状况及影响的相关及独立危险因素。结果结果提示性别、地区、毕业班、住校、成绩及父母吸烟情况等均为普通高中学生吸烟现状的相关及独立危险因素。结论本辖区高中学生中居住在城区的毕业班男生,且长期住校,成绩较差者,另外因父母吸烟者,其吸烟的比例显著增高,需要提高重视及加强干预,避免发展成为老烟民。
Objective To investigate the smoking status of ordinary high school students and analyze the influencing factors. Methods A multi-stage cluster random sampling method was implemented for the study subjects.A total of 80 questionnaires were distributed in this study. The general information of the participants, such as gender, region, graduating class,residence, achievement and parental smoking status, etc. Statistics were carried out, and relevant factors were refined to carry out logistic regression analysis to determine the relevant and independent risk factors of tobacco use status and impact of ordinary high school students. Results Gender,region, graduating class, residence, grades and smoking status of parents were all related and independent risk factors for smoking in ordinary high school students. Conclusion The high school students in the district are in the graduating class of the urban area, and they live in the school for a long time, and the results are worse; The proportion of smoking is significantly increased due to the parents' smokers. It is necessary to increase the attention and strengthen the intervention to avoid becoming an old smoker.
